Senior Manufacturing Technician

Location Ayer, United States Sector Manufacturing & Production Salary $28.00 to $35.00 per hour

The Senior Manufacturing Technician position is available in Ayer, MA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a company that is a leader in innovative manufacturing solutions, known for its commitment to quality and efficiency.

1st Shift: M-F 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with some 1/2 day Saturdays (OT after 40 hours)

$28 - $35 per hour

• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly from sub-assembly level to finished goods.
• Load and operate automated manufacturing equipment according to work instructions and follow standard operating procedures.
• Assemble products according to good manufacturing practices, including specification of materials, parts, and assembly processes.
• Document assembly processes/instructions/status reports for all incoming products.
• Collaborate with Field Service and Engineering staff to assist in troubleshooting in-house and field issues as required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician.
• 5 years of electrical and mechanical experience.
• Ability to read wire lists and work from drawings with point-to-point wiring experience.
• High School diploma or Technical school certification with 3+ years of industry experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
