Salary Range: $16.50 - $16.50 Hourly
Job Shift: 1st
* This position is a part-time position for weekends only. This will be 1st shift position Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm.

This position is responsible for all accountabilities of inspection of vehicles on rail cars and on the ground in rail facilities. Inspection responsibilities consist of identifying, evaluate, and classify damages to the vehicle and recording results using a handheld scanning device.
Position Responsibilities- Conduct vehicle inspections and record results.
- Daily interaction and communication with customers.
- Perform ongoing process review and improvements.
- Identify and report potential day-to-day operational quality issues and potential improvements.
Skills and Experience:
Education
Prefer High School Diploma or GED.
TrainingTraining will be provided on the job.
SkillsBasic computer skills using Windows based Word and Excel.

On the job the employee must:Have natural or corrected eyesight capable of conducting inspections in varying levels of light.
Have normal range of hearing, or corrected hearing, to be able to respond to normal workplace sounds including approaching vehicles.

- May be required to drive motorized equipment depending on the work location
- Potentially walks on uneven ground
- Works in confined quarters on a daily basis
- Drives motorized equipment such as golf cart
