Ayer, Massachusetts

• Assemble products using hand tools and power tools in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.
• Follow simple instructions, diagrams, and assembly procedures to complete production tasks accurately.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet established quality requirements and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping products to support customer order fulfillment.

• No experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
• Comfortable working with your hands and performing hands-on tasks.
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality with a commitment to supporting coworkers and achieving shared goals.
