Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

occasional split-shift coverage for 2nd shift new hires

Are you an experienced manufacturing professional with a passion for coaching and developing others? Join a leading production team as a Production Trainer and play a key role in onboarding, training, and mentoring employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Train employees on production equipment operation, setup, changeovers, cleaning procedures, and basic troubleshooting
• Provide hands-on instruction for packaging, labeling, inspection, palletizing, and production line equipment
• Evaluate employee competency and certify operators for independent work
• Support onboarding, cross-training initiatives, and workforce development programs
• Coach employees on safety procedures, PPE requirements, GMPs, HACCP principles, and OSHA standards
• Observe production processes and provide real-time feedback to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
• Assist with training documentation, work instructions, and continuous improvement activities
• Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and safety teams to support operational excellence

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, including operation of multiple production or packaging lines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Previous leadership, training, coaching, or mentoring experience
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, GMPs, HACCP, and food safety practices
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
