Unit Manager; RN or LPN

Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking a full-time Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is organized, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional resident care.

As Unit Manager, you will oversee daily nursing operations on your unit, support staff, and help ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.

• Complete nursing assessments and documentation
• Investigate resident incidents/accidents and update care plans as needed
• Conduct wound rounds and provide wound care treatments
• Administer medications and treatments
• Supervise and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff
• Promote quality care, teamwork, and regulatory compliance

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
• Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A compassionate, team-oriented approach to care

• Full-time, direct hire position (not agency)

• RN: $100,000 - $106,000 annually (DOE)
• LPN: $88,000 - $95,000 annually (DOE)
