Nurse Practitioner - Internal Medicine – Physician employment in Massachusetts.
OverviewNP/PA Hospitalist Admitter opportunity in a critical access hospital setting about 1 hour from Boston. Low census allows more patient care time, collaborative environment with strong physician support, and personalized team‑based care.
Role- Monday – Friday, 2 PM – 12 AM shifts, no overnight shifts
- Admit & round on hospitalized patients
- Perform consults as needed
- Manage acute & chronic conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing & care teams
- Provide timely evaluations for changes in patient status
