Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. We have full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available.

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Compensation varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Includes shift differentials, with higher rates available for certain benefit options.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
• Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate electronic documentation
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to deliver quality care

• Active Massachusetts LPN license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred
