Title: QA Analyst / Jr. QA Tester / Business Analyst / BA / Jr. Validation Engineer

Relocation: Must relocate and attend 4‑weeks mandatory in‑person training in Reston, VA.

BS in Computer Science / MS in Computer Science / BBA / MBA / BS in Biomedical Engineering / BS in Chemical Engineering / Engineering degree required from an accredited university or college.

• Minimum Experience:
  
  Recent college graduates with no experience or graduates with a few years of experience preferred.
• Computer literate and familiar with word processing, spreadsheet, and basic database applications.

• Ambitious, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Fast learner with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communication.
• Positive, winning attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate at all management levels, technical dependencies, timeline impact, and risks.

• Competitive base salary: $55,000 – $58,000 per year with periodic reviews (usually every 6 months) and increments.
