- Maintain our finished goods warehouse in an organized manner ensuring that all similar materials are grouped together and that adequate spacing is provided between rows of product.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the warehouse and inventory control team.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper movement of finished goods from the transfer dock to the main warehouse and efficient and accuracy picking of finished goods for customer orders.
- Ensure inventory is properly stored, labeled and rotated.
- Generate inventory reports and provide data analysis to support operational decisions.
- Comply with safety and quality standards in inventory handling.
- Coordinate and execute inventory consolidation efforts to optimize space and improve inventory accuracy.
- Assist in rework processing, including identifying, segregating, and tracking items requiring rework and ensuring proper documentation
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in logistics or supply chain preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse inventory control or related field.
- Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse safety procedures is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Working in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.).

Salary Description
$22-$24/hour plus weekly incentives
