• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance record.
• Provide a positive example of leadership.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to implement new processes and procedures.
• Check in Drivers for customer pickups.
• Process customer pick tickets and BOLs for daily shipments within ERP system.
• Communicate with other departments, such as Customer Service, Quality, and Production to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Scan/files completed BOLs for invoicing.
• Assist and participate in mandatory physical inventory as required.
• Process transfer-trailer documentation as needed.
• Be available for periodic overtime or weekend work as needed.
• Help maintain a neat, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum of 1 year in warehousing or logistics administration.
• Experience with ERP systems.

• Can sit for long periods.
