• Coordinate daily warehouse operations with supervisors to ensure smooth material flow.
• Lead trailer loading/unloading, raw material movement, and product staging.
• Support production lines by delivering and scanning materials accurately.
• Maintain forklift inspection logs and ensure safe equipment operation.
• Organize production schedules and verify transfer paperwork.
• Act as a backup to the Warehouse Supervisor when needed.
• Assist with inventory, product rework, and warehouse cleanliness.
• Promote a team‑first culture by supporting coworkers during downtime.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification.
• 1+ year of experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with ERP systems and RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
