The Early Years Educator is responsible for the care and education of children aged 0-5 years old. The role involves planning and delivering activities that are both fun and educational, as well as ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in their care.

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
• Follow and Implement the EYFS
• Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
• Encourage children to develop their social, emotional, and intellectual skills
• Work as a Key Person
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and their families
• Complete all required paperwork and reports

• Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
• Experience working with children aged 0-5 years old
• A passion for early childhood education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
