We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker specializing in Children in Care, Paying £39 per hour!

• Rate: £39 ph
• Team: Children in Care Team
• Working Pattern: Full Time | Contract

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join a Children in Care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed practitioner who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people and is looking for a well-paid contract role.

You will work with children in care and care-experienced young people, ensuring their safety, stability, and long-term wellbeing through high-quality, child-centered practice.

• Manage a caseload of Children in Care
• Complete statutory visits, assessments, and care planning
• Prepare and update care plans, pathway plans, and reviews
• Ensure the voice of the child is central to all decision-making
• Work closely with carers, families, and multi-agency partners
• Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports
