Wendover Nursery is looking for a warm, reliable and enthusiastic Bank Practitioner to join our friendly team. Whether you're looking to gain more experience, work around other commitments, or explore a career in Early Years without a formal qualification, this flexible role could be the perfect fit.

, you’ll work across all rooms - from our nurturing Baby Room to our energetic Pre‑School - supporting our permanent team wherever needed.

You’ll help to create engaging, safe and stimulating environments, build positive relationships with children and staff, and support daily routines including play, mealtimes, personal care and outdoor learning. Every day is different, and your adaptability, experience and care will help children across the nursery to thrive.
