Salary: £22,000 £ 26,000 (Dependent on hours and experience)

Your Day-to-Day

Working in a nursery is fast-paced, fun, and never boring. You will:

• Support Learning: Assist senior staff in setting up creative play areas, messy play, and story-telling sessions.
• Caring Duties: Help with mealtimes, keeping the environment clean, and ensuring the children feel safe and happy.
• Outdoor Fun: Supervise garden play and local walks (we love a bit of fresh air!).
• Observation: Help track the "milestones" of the children in your care, from their first words to their first steps.

Who We Are Looking For

You don't need a degree, but you do need:

• A Positive Attitude: Someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in (and doesn't mind a bit of glitter or paint on their clothes!).
• Reliability: The children and the team rely on you, so punctuality is key.
• Experience (Desirable): Any experience with children whether through babysitting, volunteering, or being a parent yourself is a huge plus.
• Willingness to Train: A desire to work towards a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification in the future.
