I am currently recruiting for a Night Manager for a stunning 5
* property on the border of Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire to support the Rooms Division Manager while overseeing night operations across FO, security, F&B and HK and ensuring exceptional customer service during night hours.

The successful applicant will have experience in a 4 / 5
* star hotel environment, the ability to multitask under pressure, familiarity with handling flight disruptions or last-minute bookings. Flexibility for weekly rotating shifts, including weekends, is essential.

Maintaining strong knowledge of hotel offerings, managing guest relationships, resolving complaints promptly, ensuring health and safety compliance, delivering and attending training, upholding company policies, and ensuring smooth night operations.
