What's in it for you Ford Transit Custom van provided from day one Monthly performance bonus — rewarding quality and consistency, not just volume Competitive pay: £26,000–£48,000 per year, depending on experience and skill set Full-time employment available — self-employed arrangements also considered for the right candidate Work based in and around Aylesbury — no excessive travelling Company pension A real opportunity to grow with the business — we're expanding and want the right people alongside us for it A supportive, experienced team who turn up, get it done, and do it properly What you'll be doing Installing bathrooms, wet rooms, en-suites, and cloakrooms to a high standard Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance Fitting showers, taps, toilets, and associated fixtures Working as part of a team on home improvement projects across Aylesbury and the surrounding area Leaving every site clean and tidy — we take pride in the finish, start to end What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' plumbing experience (required) Multi-trade skills are a genuine advantage — tiling, carpentry, and general building work all valued A reliable, professional attitude — we're a team that shows up on time and does things properly Full UK driving licence (required) Right to work in the United Kingdom (required) You don't need to be a jack of all trades to apply — but you do need to care about the quality of your work as much as we do.
