Plumber

An established healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Plumber to join their Estates & Facilities team. This is a hands-on role supporting the maintenance and operation of a busy, technically complex environment.

Hours:

37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities To perform maintenance, repair and installation work, including activities which are technically intricate and/or non-routine Responsible for calibration and fault-finding on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment (low pressure hot water systems, steam raising plant, Air Handling Units, steam sterilisers and associated equipment) Undertaking maintenance repairs and minor improvement across the Trust as directed by Management, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures To undertake the day to day planned preventive maintenance duties and repairs.

Checks and testing of the complete spectrum of services found in a building services environment Mechanical Fault Finding Boiler Plant Treatment checks About You Proven experience in a plumbing or mechanical maintenance role Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Knowledge of building services systems and maintenance practices Understanding of health & safety compliance within a maintenance setting If this opportunity is of interest, please apply with your up-to-date CV.
