AyrAudi – Vehicle Technician
The role is permanent and full‑time, offering realistic annual earnings ranging from £39,155 to £56,656 depending on level, retention bonuses and HVE qualification. A colleague car scheme and flexible working hours are also available, including a fixed 4‑day week. Full Audi manufacturer training will be provided.
Salary & Progression- PDI Technician – £39,155 realistic annual earnings (based on £31,000 basic)
- Vehicle Technician – £42,230 realistic annual earnings (based on £34,000 basic)
- Vehicle Technician (Brand Qualified) – £46,945 realistic annual earnings (based on £37,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
- Senior / Diagnostic Technician – £50,685 realistic annual earnings (based on £41,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
- Master Technician – £56,656 realistic annual earnings (based on £47,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
All earnings include basic salary, retention payments, productivity bonus, Saturday overtime, plus an additional £2,000 HVE qualification payment for qualified levels.
What You’ll Need- Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience as a vehicle technician
