Dairy Agricultural Engineer

RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a well-established, family-run business that specialises in the supply, installation, servicing and maintenance of dairy equipment and technology, to assist intheir search for aDairy Agricultural Engineer in Ayr.

We are looking for a practical, reliable and hardworking Dairy Agricultural Engineer to join the service team. This is a varied, hands-on role offering excellent training and long-term development for someone with an interest in agriculture, engineering, machinery or mechanics.

• Hours:
  
  42.5 hours per week, Monday Friday, 08:0017:00
• On-Call: 1 week in every 6 weeks
• Travel:
  Regular travel throughout Scotland and Northern England
• Driving Licence:
  Full UK driving licence essential

The Role

You will work on farms across Scotland and Northern England, installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing dairy equipment. You will also attend breakdowns and emergency call-outs, provide general farm-based support when required and work directly with customers to ensure equipment is operating safely and effectively.
