Press Brake and Decoil Operator

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Press Brake and Decoil Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake and Decoil Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting the production of precision metal parts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and experience in metal fabrication processes.

** Pay Range:**  $19/hr - $20hr

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate press brake and decoiling machinery to fabricate metal parts according to engineering specifications.

+ Perform setup and adjust machine settings, including selecting and installing appropriate dies for various projects.

+ Conduct die changes efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining production schedules.

+ Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine work requirements.

+ Monitor machine operations and product quality throughout the production process, adjusting as necessary to meet quality standards.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or manufacturing is a plus but not required.

+ Proven experience as a press brake and decoiling operator, with a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.

+ Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

+ Knowledge of tooling setup, die changes, and machine calibration techniques.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
