Job Description

We're partnering with a growing precision manufacturing company seeking a highly organized Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support accounting, HR administration, operations, and office functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
  • Process invoices, payments, and customer billing
  • Assist with payroll administration, onboarding, employee files, and HR documentation
  • Maintain data within an ERP/MRP system
  • Support inventory, purchasing, and production documentation
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and vendor communications
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate business records
  • Assist with general office operations and administrative projects
  • Partner with accounting, operations, production, and leadership to keep daily business activities running efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, accounting, office management, operations support, or coordinator roles
  • Experience with AP/AR and general accounting processes
  • ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Net Suite, Epicor, Sage, Quick Books, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and customer service skills

Preferred Experience

  • Manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or distribution environment
  • HR administration or payroll support
  • Inventory, purchasing, or production coordination
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
