Office Assistant

S.E. Smith & Sons is a busy, family-owned diesel truck and trailer repair shop looking for a reliable, organized Part-Time Office Assistant to help keep daily operations running smoothly. • Part-time, Monday–Friday.
• Half-day shift (specific hours to be determined; morning or afternoon availability both welcome).

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct messages to the appropriate team members.
• Handle customer billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper).
• Assist with basic office tasks such as data entry, scanning, and record updates.
• General administrative support to the owner and shop staff.

• Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
• Comfortable with phones, computers, and basic office software.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits.
