Role Description

The Admissions Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in Azusa, CA. Responsibilities include engaging potential students, guiding them through the admissions process, and helping them choose programs aligned with their career aspirations. The role requires clear communication of program details, assistance with application completion, and collaboration with colleagues to achieve student enrollment goals. The Admissions Representative will play a critical role in fostering positive relationships and creating a supportive environment for prospective students.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with prospective students and colleagues
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer service expertise to provide a supportive and professional experience for students
  • Sales abilities, with a focus on understanding individual needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Experience in training or guiding others through processes is preferred
  • Organizational and time management skills, with an ability to meet goals and deadlines
  • Proficiency with computer systems and databases for managing student information
  • Passion for education and student success
