Bemana is assisting a rapidly growing company specializing in innovative fog solutions to hire an Industrial Project Manager. This role will lead customized high-pressure fogging projects from kickoff through installation and commissioning, coordinating customers, contractors, field teams, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Projects span power generation, data centers, HVAC, manufacturing, agriculture, and specialty applications. This position requires significant domestic, international, and offshore travel.

Position offers up to $140,000 base salary depending on experience. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions. Exposure to diverse industries including power generation, data centers, HVAC, manufacturing, agriculture, and specialty applications. Opportunity to manage projects valued up to $10 million. Responsibilities:

• Manage fogging projects from initial planning and kickoff through installation, commissioning, and completion
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, and execution plans
• Coordinate third-party contractors, field technicians, vendors, and internal engineering and manufacturing teams
• Serve as the primary customer contact, leading project meetings and communicating progress, milestones, issues, and solutions
• Travel to customer sites throughout the U.S. and internationally, including power plants, data centers, industrial facilities, and offshore locations

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S. and internationally; valid passport required
• Experience with industrial project management, construction management, field engineering, or similar experience
• Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, contractors, procurement, and customer coordination
• Technical background in power generation, HVAC, manufacturing, industrial equipment, pumps, controls, or related systems
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a professional customer-facing presence
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment
