Quality Control Inspector

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to hire an experienced Quality Inspector. Pay: $23.00–$25.00/hr. (DOE)

Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Location:

Azusa, CA

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Complete First Article Inspections (FAIR) and maintain inspection records.
• Identify and document non-conforming materials.
• Maintain calibration records for inspection equipment.
• Assist with returned product (RMA) inspections and processing.
• Support PPAP, APQP, and continuous improvement activities.
• Work with Engineering and Purchasing to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.

• Minimum of 2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Working knowledge of GD&T, First Article Inspection (FAIR), PPAP, and APQP.
• Experience with 3D measuring equipment or scanners is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment is preferred.
