We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Full‑Time
Account Representative to join our dynamic team. Our employment benefits consider accrued vacation, sponsored healthcare & welfare benefits as well as 401(k) retirement benefits.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus.

• Achieve or exceed assigned monthly bad debt performance plans.
• Collect personal transaction information and maintain accuracy as well as safety of data in accordance with company’s consumer privacy policy.
• Review and understand consumer credit reports to provide accurate information on approved limits authorized by store management.
• Accept payments or advances on established consumer credit accounts.
• Maintain professional attire, demeanor and neatness in accordance with company policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
