About This Role
As the Dravet CMI Lead within the Global CE&O team, you will spearhead the creation and synthesis of customer and market insights (CMI) for Dravet PDC (Product Development and Commercialization). Your role is pivotal in informing strategic and operational decisions across priority brands and assets, integrating qualitative and quantitative market research, competitive intelligence, and country-level analytics into executive‑ready narratives and dashboards.
You will be central to the CMI partnership across Global PDC, collaborating with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and regional teams to translate insights into strategic implications. This position will also support key strategic projects such as lifecycle management and go‑to‑market model design, ensuring methodological consistency and high‑quality collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Design and execute primary market research, including qualitative and quantitative studies with HCPs, caregivers, and patients.
- Analyze and integrate multiple data sources to develop unified insights narratives and executive‑ready recommendations.
- Coordinate country‑level insights and analytics for global strategy development, ensuring methodological consistency.
- Act as the central CMI interface across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, PAG, and Regions to translate insights into strategic implications.
- Support asset strategy and lifecycle management by partnering with stakeholders and external vendors.
- Develop scenario planning and provide support in forecasting to aid business decisions.
- Oversee fieldwork and translate research findings into implications for go‑to‑market model design and field force structure.
- Ensure high‑quality collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

RequiredSkills
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field).
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial roles.
- Proven ability to lead performance analysis, dashboarding, forecasting, and insight generation for senior leadership audiences.
- Strong strategic and analytical capability, including business case development and scenario modelling.
- Experience operating in complex, international, cross‑functional environments.
- Demonstrated executive presence and influencing skills.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with ICOEs, franchise teams, brand teams.
- Deep understanding of modern CE&O capabilities.
