Senior Client Solutions Professional – Private Wealth

• Support the team across open-ended and closed-ended funds in day-to-day tasks
• Create tailored, persuasive and high-quality marketing materials and responses to client requests
• Assist with client queries and performance updates
• Serve as a point of contact with Partners Group internal teams and other stakeholders
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required
• Develop expertise in private markets, Partners Group's platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes
• Build professional and technical knowledge to work independently with senior sales professionals and respond to client queries
• Support client acquisition and maintenance for the Private Wealth segment

• University degree
• In-depth understanding of the financial services industry
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Passion for private markets and exceptional drive to learn
• Excellent spoken and written English; other languages are an advantage
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive different processes at the same time
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed
• Ability to problem solve with a client-focused mindset within challenging deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
• Ideally experience in sales, product management, private banking, consulting or investment banking

Demonstrates expertise in private markets and financial services, with strong project management and analytical skills. Capable of creating high-quality marketing materials and effectively responding to client queries while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
