Junior UX Designer

• Support the design of user-centered digital products and services
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and UI designs in Figma
• Participate in user research, including interviews, surveys and usability testing
• Translate research findings and feedback into design improvements
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and business stakeholders
• Present and explain design decisions
• Contribute to the design system and shared UX practices
• Work with product, technology and business colleagues across a range of digital products

• Recently completed degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Interaction Design or a related field
• Experience using Figma or a similar design tool
• Good understanding of UX and UI design principles
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, curious mindset
• Interest in usability testing
• Ideally, hands‑on design experience through internships, freelance work or personal projects
• Portfolio demonstrating approach to design problems, not only final visuals

Demonstrates expertise in user-centered design, utilizing Figma for creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Strong ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
