medamicus sucht eine Teamleitung Pflege Psychiatrische Pflege für die gerontopsychiatrische Abteilung. Sie führen das Team fachlich, entwickeln Umsetzungsstrategien, begleiten die Pflegenden durch Coaching und Fallbesprechungen.
Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene HF/FH- oder gleichwertige Pflegeausbildung sowie idealerweise ein CAS in Gerontopsychiatrie oder Psychiatrie mit. Das Pensum beträgt 80–100% und bietet Raum für Weiterentwicklung in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld.
