- Provide on-site leadership during the GIS installation (110 kV-550 kV) in sub-transmission and transmission networks
- Take responsibility for on-site installation, maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure on-site quality through inspections and test protocols
- Assess project-specific risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures
- Coordinate, instruct and supervise all workforce activities on site
- Act as the interface between end customers, subcontractors and project management
- Provide on-site leadership during the GIS installation (110 kV-550 kV) in sub-transmission and transmission networks
- Take responsibility for on-site installation, maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure on-site quality through inspections and test protocols
- Assess project-specific risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures
- Coordinate, instruct and supervise all workforce activities on site
- Act as the interface between end customers, subcontractors and project management
- Electrical or mechanical education with at least 3 years of experience in GIS installation and commissioning
- Practical experience with SF₆ gas handling and DILO systems is an advantage
- Willingness to travel (up to 80% across Europe) and openness to multicultural working environments
- Good physical condition to work at heights
- Flexible and resilient team player & leadership experience
- Confident command of English, German is an advantage
- Valid work permit for Europe is required
