Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is looking for an experienced Lobby Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of Macaron, the hotel's lobby lounge. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain luxury service standards, lead the team, and achieve departmental revenue and profitability targets.

• Manage the daily operations of Macaron, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Deliver personalized guest experiences in line with Sofitel's luxury service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team to maintain high service standards and strong product knowledge.
• Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, presentation, and service delivery.
• Monitor outlet revenue, operating costs, inventory, and profitability.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels, duty rosters, and team productivity.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Conduct regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Drive upselling initiatives and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Maintain the lounge's ambience, cleanliness, and presentation in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Support hotel promotions, seasonal offerings, and special events to enhance guest engagement.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience in luxury hotels, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, lounge operations, and guest relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-s-solving skills.
• Good understanding of outlet budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue generation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with restaurant POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
