Experi is a specialty wine and culinary tour operator based on Bainbridge Island, WA. We design and operate international small-group travel experiences for wineries, culinary brands, their members, and other guests.

Experi is hiring a full-time, US-based Guest Services Coordinator.

This is the entry point into the small team that supports our guests from their first question about a trip to the thank-you after they come home, and it is a rare opening for someone exceptional who wants to grow with the company.

You start behind the scenes, keeping records accurate, documents complete, and communications on time. As your knowledge of our programs and destinations grows, so does your time with guests, answering their questions, helping them reserve, and building a relationship with them.

We are looking for a candidate with outstanding organization, intellectual capability, warm and precise writing, comfort on the phone, and real curiosity about travel, wine, and food. One to three years in hospitality, travel, or client services; internships and seasonal work count.
