As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio to include cutting-edge projects such as ADU's, off-grid living systems, and catchment systems, we are seeking a General Laborer to join our team.

• Assist with various construction and landscape tasks on job sites
• Follow blueprints and instructions to complete projects
• Operate hand tools and heavy equipment as needed
• Perform remodeling, carpentry, stone work, and installation work
• Ensure quality control inspection and maintain a safe work environment

• Experience with blueprints and construction/landscape tools
• Knowledge of carpentry, remodeling, lighting, and plumbing/irrigation
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and follow safety protocols
• Ability to lift more than 50lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Minimum Salary: $51,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $57,600.00
• Flexible Schedules, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay
• Performance and Merit Based Incentives
• $300 signing bonus after first 30 days of employment
