Responsibilities
- Works with clients to plan short‑term and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies that align with client goals and needs.
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential product services.
Must register with the SAFE Act federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to termination.
Required Qualifications- Currently holds Series7 and
66 licenses (Series
63/65 may be substituted for Series
66 if a passing score is obtained within 60 days). - At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Demonstrated ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture strong relationships, collaborate effectively, communicate confidently, manage priorities, learn quickly, and incorporate regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long‑term strategies.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- At least three years’ experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with consistent goal achievement.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

Monday‑Friday with open availability required; some Saturdays also required.
Minimum EducationHigh School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift & Hours1st Shift (United States of America). 40 hours per week.

CompensationAnnualized salary $70,000.00 – $80,000.00, determined by experience, education, and skill set.
Incentive PlanEligible for a formulaic incentive plan; incentives earned based on defined performance metrics, with monthly, quarterly, and/or annual opportunities.
