Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I)

The role includes obtaining necessary securities licenses (Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, Series 66) and applying advisory skills to build and manage client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Obtain and maintain required securities licenses within specified deadlines.
  • Acquire, build, and manage client relationships.
  • Guide clients through financial planning, investment solutions, and core banking services.
  • Work with core banking and investment partners to deliver comprehensive client care.
  • Adhere to SAFE Act registration requirements and complete background checks.
Benefits and compensation

Hourly pay: $28.85 – $33.65. Base salary only, no incentive eligibility. Benefits eligible with paid time‑off and industry‑leading resources.

Desired qualifications
  • Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 1–2 years’ experience in financial services or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Experience assessing client needs, identifying/recommending solutions, and building/managing client relationships.
Shift and schedule

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.

Bainbridge Island, Washington (1200 Hildebrand Ln NE).
