Mission:At Bainbridge Senior Living, we are on a mission to be the region's premier senior living provider buy making sure all of our houses feel like home. Bainbridge Senior Living consists of four family-owned and operated Assisted Living and Retirement communities along Madison Avenue on beautiful Bainbridge Island, Washington.
About the Role:The Front Desk Hospitality role within the Health Care and Social Assistance industry serves as the vital first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This position is responsible for managing patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate with medical personnel and administrative teams, facilitating smooth daily operations.
By handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly, the Front Desk Hospitality professional contributes significantly to patient satisfaction and the overall reputation of the healthcare facility. Ultimately, this position supports the delivery of high-quality care by fostering a positive and organized environment at the front desk.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Warm, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative member of the team.
- Provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to residents, families and guests and visitors.
- Serve as the primary hospitality presence in the community lobby,
- Answer and direct incoming call and inquiries in the professional and timely manner.
- Greet and assist visitors while maintaining a welcoming and organized lobby environment.
- Assist residents and guests with general questions, requests and community information.
- Help residents connect with appropriate teal members when additional assistance is needed.
- Monitor lobby activities and respond proactively to resident and guest needs,
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization presentation at the front desk and lobby.

All benefits and wages are reviewed annually and are based on employment of 30 hours or more per week
