Production Associate to Production Specialist to Senior Production Specialist

What You'll Do- Perform manufacturing and assembly operations according to established quality standards.
- Follow detailed production specifications and processes.
- Apply exceptional attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve production goals.
- Contribute to a safe, organized, and continuous-improvement-focused work environment.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Strong manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Desire to continuously improve and develop craftsmanship.
- Experience with industrial coatings, paints, or composite manufacturing preferred.
- Monday through Thursday
- 1st Shift: 4:00 AM to 2:15 PM
Our pay range is between $18.50 to $25.00 an hour, aligning with the three Production levels and related to experience.
