Bainbridge, Silverdale, Poulsbo

• Provide face‑to‑face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms.
• Appropriately diagnose DSM‑V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Apply appropriate medical decision‑making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non‑pharmacological treatments.
• Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.

Full‑time or part‑time available.

W2 billable hourly or 1099 independent contractor rates. As a provider with BHS, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, days of the week preferred.

• Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry.
• Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possess a DEA).
• Possession of malpractice insurance if independent contractor (offered by the company for W2 employees).
• 1 year of geriatric psych experience.
• 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or acute rehab hospitals.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems (AthenaIC, a plus).
• Excellent written communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus!

$150,000 – $210,000 depending on license, caseload, and pay model.
W2 and independent contractor options available. Compensation is determined based on the pay model preferred, experience, and licensure.
