Auto Care Center Coach

Position Summary

Drive sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by managing merchandise, ensuring accurate pricing, maintaining inventory levels, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Receive, stock, present, and price merchandise, keeping displays clean, organized, and compliant with company guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage reorder and disposal of obsolete items, and maintain safety and environmental compliance.
• Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and resolve issues while promoting Auto Care products and ensuring a safe shopping environment.
• Explain automotive products and services, and ensure technicians are trained and certified on service‑related procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, support store initiatives, and evaluate business goals.
• Hire, train, coach, and supervise associates, fostering a culture of belonging, integrity, and continuous learning.

• Minimum 2 years experience in automotive service or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of firearms‑specific criminal background check for applicable positions.
• Optional:
  Automotive Certification (ASE), Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Live BetterU completion, and other leadership training.

Annual salary range: $65,000 – $100,000. Additional compensation may include regional pay zone adjustments, complex structure allowances, and state pay differential.
