Cooper’s Plumbing & Air is a fast-growing home service company providing plumbing and HVAC services to homeowners across Bainbridge, GA and Tallahassee, FL and surrounding areas. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing ideas, filming, producing, and publishing a large volume of short‑form video content each week across multiple platforms including Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, You Tube Shorts, Pinterest, and Linked In. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys filming real‑world content, telling stories through video, experimenting with creative ideas, and producing content at a fast pace.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and our technicians to capture real service work, installations, behind‑the‑scenes moments, customer experiences, and educational content that helps homeowners learn about plumbing and HVAC. This is a hands‑on content creation role where the majority of your time will be spent filming, editing, and publishing content.

• Video Content Creation: Produce, shoot, and edit short‑form videos weekly.
• Creative Idea Development: Generate creative ideas, follow trends, and test new formats.
• Social Media Publishing & Scheduling: Manage the daily publishing schedule to meet team goals.
• Photo Content Creation: Support photo‑based social media posts.
• Event and Field Content: Document team events, training, community activities, and on‑site filming for social media.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable producing content consistently and working in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

• Experience creating short‑form video content.
• Familiarity with Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of social media trends.
• Comfortable filming and editing content quickly.
• Ability to produce a high volume of content consistently.
• Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage posting schedules.
• Comfortable working around technicians and job sites.

The following experience is helpful but not required:

• Video editing experience using editing software.
• Experience managing social media accounts for a business.
• Graphic design skills.
• Experience using social media scheduling tools.
