Lead and develop store teams by training and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback;
Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, merchandising, and company direction;
Drive the financial performance and sales by managing and evaluating Profit and Loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses;
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing performance;
Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door policy; promote a culture of belonging and integrity.
