Position Summary
Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, and maintaining inventory levels. Performs budgeting and forecasting, assesses economic trends and community needs, and implements corrective plans to achieve sales and profit goals.
What You'll Do- Provide customer service and assistance by acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting in purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products and services, and maintaining a safe shopping environment.
- Generate and process customer requests and service orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Explain Auto Care Center and automotive products and services, ensuring technicians are trained and certified on service-related procedures; stage customer vehicles and assist with workflow as necessary.
- Maintain the Auto Care Center and automotive sales floor and service area by stocking, rotating, cleaning, and organizing product displays; signing, pricing, and securing merchandise.
- Handle customer and merchandise claims and returns, zone the area, order and arrange merchandise, and monitor environmental disposal for batteries, tires, oil, and OSHA compliance.
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, communicating goals and objectives, building accountability, measuring progress, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and fostering a belonging mindset.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission, values, and ethics, and implement action plans using the Open Door Policy.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
