• Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor.
• Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and how our technologies can help them become more profitable and sustainable.
• Actively listen and understand customer concerns, needs, and preferences.
• Travel within your assigned territory to meet prospective and current customers and introduce our products.
• Set up field demonstrations and collect data from them to generate future sales.
• Represent Timac at growers’ meetings and industry events.
• Develop your sales strategy to introduce our products to customers within your assigned area.

• A bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience (or motivation to learn).
• Vision and drive to develop a strategic plan and execute.
• Passion for sustainable agriculture and ability to build and maintain relationships based on reliability and trust.
• Valid driver’s license.
