Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) Baker City is seeking a full‑time Advanced Practice Provider to join the Baker Family Medicine clinic. You will deliver comprehensive care within a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on family medicine patients with pulmonary, diabetic, and autoimmune conditions.
The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with 36 hours of patient contact; no regular on‑call. Oregon licensure and DEA registration are required; relocation and benefits are provided.
