Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers;
Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery staff to ensure timely deliveries;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained; complete vehicle inspections and track daily mileages;
Assist on front counter and retail counter; help with backroom duties (auto-load, returns, stock);
Audit returns for warranty abuse and ensure proper tagging/labeling; assist with customer labor claims
