Production Associate

Overview

See yourself thrive when you grow a career in manufacturing  a Production Associate, you'll work with your hands on a variety of wood processing centers. Your daily tasks will vary, and you'll get to move around throughout the day while working closely with a team. No experience? No problem. We’ll set you up for success with supportive, hands‑on training.

• Sort, stack and grade wood based on size and grade of material
• Operate chop saws, compound miter saws, and other equipment
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues
• Cross‑train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck

• Evenings: 2:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. (Monday‑Thursday) – Pay: $21 per hour

All shifts require mandatory overtime.

• Learn to accurately read and use a calibrated tape measure
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent attendance and the ability to be on time
• Ability to work a physical job for 10 hours per day

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
• A high‑school diploma is strongly preferred

Pay starting at $20.00 /hr
