RN Emergency Department

Job Summary

We are hiring a Full‑time Day Shift Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department in Baker City, Oregon. The RN will provide hands‑on patient care while collaborating with colleagues, maintaining accurate documentation, and utilizing resources wisely.

• Provide hands‑on patient care for a six‑bed trauma and stroke unit.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and utilize resources wisely.
• Advocate for patients’ physical, spiritual, and emotional well‑being.
• Educate patients regarding their health and treatment options.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification upon hire (AHA, ARC, or Military Training Network). If already certified in ACLS/PALS, must obtain ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire.

• 1 year of RN acute care experience, with high acuity/critical care experience required.
• Team player, adaptive to change, self‑driven learner.
