Full time employment at Baker Family Medicine Clinic. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 36 hours of scheduled patient contact. No overnight call; the provider may be contacted after hours for laboratory results or critical findings.

The provider will work with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other health professionals. The role requires commitment to patient-centered care within a community focused practice.

• Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Oregon medical license to practice in all phases.
• Valid controlled substance registration with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
• Strong medical background and interest in serving a growing multi‑specialty medical group.
• Commitment to a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care.
